  • Developed, implemented and direct a new Stage-Gate project process to align Marketing Services deliverables with New Product Development & Product Portfolio Maintenance projects leading to successful, coordinated, on-time launches.
  • Accepted a special assignment as leader of a Replacement Parts Process Improvement kaizen. Using my SAP data analysis and project management skills our team discovered inefficiency root causes, developed current state and future state roadmaps, presented and implemented a solution that lead to a $110K reduction in weekly past-due orders and a 20 day improvement in lead times.
